INNER CIRCLE Long term lease
Enjoy a private studio all to yourself, including all shared amenities, with a 36 month commitment.
Security deposit equal to one month’s rent is due at signing.
Rents are all-inclusive of utilities, internet, maintenance, cleaning and more.

COMMUNITY MEMBER Recurring hourly bookings
For practitioners needing part-time space with less commitment.
Pre-purchase hours in packages; the more you purchase the more you save. Community members can book studio time up to 6 months in advance.
Hours expire after 6 months. Cancellations of booked studio time must be done 48hrs in advance or credits are forfeited.
Application and Onboarding Fees
All practitioners renting at Innerhouse are subject to our onboarding process including background check. Credit check is required for Inner Circle applicants.
