It all starts with an intention.
Innerhouse was created with a simple intention: To offer wellness practitioners a more beautiful, thoughtful place to do their work.
After years of working and being a client in the wellness world — and experiencing firsthand the challenges of finding well designed, functional rental space — we created Innerhouse to not just remedy this void but to provide best-in-class space solutions.
Designed for flow, built in balance.
In addition to prioritizing beautiful interiors, we collaborated with a feng shui energy consultant from the very beginning, designing each space to feel grounded, balanced, and quietly supportive — for both practitioner and client.
Even the walls hold intention, with crystals thoughtfully embedded during construction creating a current of energy that’s felt, even if never seen.
We believe natural light is essential for wellbeing, which is why it was carefully woven into every corner of the building.
From the moment you step through our glass entryway, sunlight pours from the central atrium, filling the waiting area and hallways with a warm, radiant glow. Every studio was intentionally designed with at least one window, ensuring your practice is always connected to the uplifting energy of natural light.

OUR MISSION
Rethinking the Rental
Innerhouse was built on the belief that wellness practitioners deserve a home for their practice that is every bit as exceptional as their work.
Our mission is to offer a peaceful, elevated alternative to crowded salon suites, outdated buildings, and most importantly, bad landlords. We’ve been in the business of renting space for over a decade, with a track record of keeping tenants happy and properties well maintained.
We hope to redefine what it means to have a place of practice, by creating not just studios, but sanctuaries where wellness businesses can truly flourish.
